ELECTION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
July 31, 2014
The Election Commission of Ravenna Township held a Special Meeting on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Members present were: Penny Sherman, Clerk and Sonja Patterson, Treasurer. Ken Punter, Supervisor was absent. Meeting was called to order by Clerk Penny Sherman. Motion by Sherman, support by Patterson to approve the minutes from the Election Commission Meeting held 6-27-14. Motion carried.
The purpose of this Special Meeting to conduct the Public Accuracy test on all of the voting equipment that will bu used in the August 5, 2014 Primary Election.
All equipment tested correctly.
Meeting adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
