RAVENNA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING
MINUTES
MAY 1, 2014
A Special Meeting of the Ravenna Township Planning Commission was called to order on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. by Chairman Jack Link. Members present were: Link, Roger Peacock, Elmer Hoyle. Mike Gillard and Stan Wagner were absent. Zoning Administrator Tony Zaidel 2 residents were in attendance.
The purpose of this special meeting was the Ritz Boundary Line Adjustment.
Motion by Peacock, support by Link to rescind previously adopted motion that approved an 85 feet Boundary Line Adjustment. Motion by Peacock, support by Hoyle to approve a Boundary Line Adjustment of 90 feet to allow proper set backs. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
