Anytime you need to build a house or renovate an existing structure, the zoning administrator must approve your project. To do that, you must fill out a Zoning Compliance Form that will determine if what you wish to do is permitted by the current Ravenna Township zoning and ordinances. Once you are approved by the zoning administrator, you have to obtain the proper permits as issued by the building department/inspectors.
