Free disposal of scrap tires for Ravenna, Egelston, Moorland and Sullivan Townships on the following Saturdays: May 17, June 14, July 26 and August 16, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 4970 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, Michigan. Egelston, Moorland, Ravenna and Sullivan Townships have received a grant for their residents to be able to bring in scrap tires for disposal for free. Rims must be removed. State law indicates you can only haul 7 tires at a time. If you have any questions please contact Penny Sherman at 231-853-6205 or 231-670-9360.
